J. Joseph Francis is Associate Professor in Operations at Firebird Institute of Research in Management, Coimbatore. He completed his Bachelors in Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore and MBA from the School of Management, Pondicherry University. He received his Ph.D. on service quality and productivity from Anna University, Chennai. He has both industrial and academic experience.
