Vikramaditya Ekkirala
Dr. Vikramaditya Ekkirala is Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur. He completed his MBA as well as his Ph.D. from Osmania University, Hyderabad for his thesis, “Emotional Intelligence and Transformational Leadership as Antecedents of Contextual Performance and Employee Attitudes”. He has over three decades of combined experience in industry, research and academics apart from a stint of full-time voluntary service of over seven years in a spiritual organization. His interests include Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Organizational Structure and Design, Workplace and Corporate Spirituality. Dr. Ekkirala hails from a family renowned for its contribution to spirituality, values and disciplined way of life.
Smita Singh (Dabholkar)
Dr. Smita Singh (Dabholkar) is Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur. She has also taught at IMT, Dubai campus in the capacity of visiting faculty. She did her postgraduation in Industrial Psychology and has received her Ph.D. from Nagpur University. She has close to two decades of teaching experience. She is a certified Assessor and Practitioner of Emotional Intelligence by Six Seconds and certified MBTI trainer by CPP (Certified Psychologists Press, Asia Pacific). She is also associated with HPCL in the role of an interviewer as a psychologist in their recruitment process for more than a decade. She has been a free-lancer in print, radio and television media in her college days. She regularly contributes to newspapers and magazines like Indian Management and The Smart Manager, and also enjoys writing in Marathi. She has published a motivational coffee-table book, Bury Your Can't, which has been recommended as a reference book by the Government of Maharashtra in the area of Entrepreneurship. Dr. Singh provides consultancy in the area of organizational diagnosis and assessment development center as well as provides behavioral training.
