Dr. Anita Sarkar
Dr. Anita Sarkar has been working as a faculty member of XLRI Jamshedpur since last 5 years. She is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to her doctoral study, she worked in industry for more than 9 years. She has presented papers in national and international conferences, and has published articles. She regularly conducts MDPs in company programs and provides consultancy services. Her research interests include strategic HRM, empowerment, and gender diversity at workplace.
