'R.G. Priyadarshini A post graduate and a doctorate in Business Administration from Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, R.G. Priyadarshini is currently serving as an Associate Professor, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore. She is a recipient of &ldquoRamaswamy P Aiyer Best Young Teacher Award" instituted by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). She is an awardee of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)'s Young Teacher Career Award, Dewang Mehta Award for Best professor in HRM, CII Industrial Fellowship Award and CII &ldquoBest Yi Net Mentor Award". She is a qualified award assessor for CII EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence and a qualified psychometrician and certified in designing and managing assessment centers.
