Dr. Renuka Sharma is working as Associate Professor of Finance at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab. She is Doctorate in Finance, and title of her doctoral thesis was Information Efficiency of Indian Stock Market. She has more than fourteen years of teaching and research experience and has received various distinctions for her academic performance. She has completed many industry acknowledged certifications. She has published/presented research papers in journals/conferences (national and international) and received best paper awards. She has authored books on finance and has been acknowledged as contributing author (Capital Market, Financial Markets, Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring, Accounting and Financials for Managers and so on). Her current research areas include Information Efficiency and EMH, Investment Style, Switching Behavior of Consumers in Banking Sector, Social Responsible Investing Behavior, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Corporate Governance and Firms Performance. Presently, she is also working on projects sponsored by the Government of India and actively engaged with many start-ups in ideating, making business model and fund raising.

Dr. Kiran Mehta is currently working as Associate Professor of Finance at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab. She has fourteen years of teaching and research experience. She is Ph.D (Finance), M.Phil, MBA, and M.Com. She has also qualified JRF-NET conducted by UGC and qualified SLET conducted by State Government of Haryana. She is specialized in Finance related subjects (Security Analysis, Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Financial Markets, etc.) and her interest areas include Financial Crisis, Marketing Research and Research Methodology. She has many research publications to her credit and has presented research papers in different conferences of national and international repute. She has received best paper awards for her scholarly work. She is a member of Review Board and Editorial Board of reputed journals and has developed study material for finance related subjects (Capital Market, Financial Markets, Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring, Accounting and Financials for Managers and so on) under distance learning program of some reputed Indian universities. Currently, she is working on a sponsored project by the Government of India. She has completed many certifications acknowledged by industry.
