B. Rathika is Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Mepco Schlenk Engineering College (Auton.), Sivakasi. She has been a Lecturer in the Department of English in an arts and science college for more than a decade and has authored two books for Part II English students for arts and sciences college.

L. Saranraj is Assistant Professor of English, Mepco Schlenk Engineering College (Auton.), Sivakasi. His area of expertise is Applied Socio-Linguistics, English Language Assessment, and designing modules and rubrics for LSRW skills.
