At CLI, CSR has effectively evolved from being engaged in passive philanthropy to corporate community investments, which takes the form of a social partnership initiative creating value for stakeholders.
During the financial year 2025–26, CLI made a meaningful contribution to defence National Defence Fund and Kendriya Sainik Board, with the objective of supporting the welfare of the Armed Forces personnel, veterans, and their dependents, recognising their vital role in safeguarding the nation.
In addition, CLI continued its commitment to education by collaborating with Smile Foundation to support underprivileged students. As part of this initiative, the Company contributed towards interactive classroom learning at Jupiter Academy, enhancing access to quality education.
CLI also continued to make appropriate contributions to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This contribution is intended to support the Government of India in addressing specified areas of needs.
